The Deconstruction Coaching Membership is an 8 week program that is about disassembly. It is the intellectual, and emotional work of taking apart the belief system that was forced upon the survivor.

8 week Small cohort specifically for women to answer the question, "Who am I outside of the group?" Focus on personal style, hobbies, and independent decision-making.

Coaching Membership for mothers who have left cults and are now trying to raise children without the rigid, often punitive, structures of their former group.

Since trauma lives in the body, focus your coaching on "bottom-up" techniques like grounding and nervous system regulation to help clients manage triggers in the "real world" with this 8 wk membership

This membership is a high-anxiety period for survivors. We coach women through a subsequent pregnancy, using trauma-informed tools to manage triggers, scans, and hospital visits.

This membership group, is not for venting instead it is for healing & focuses on specific themes like "Navigating the Nursery Room Door," "Reclaiming Your Body," or "Talking to Siblings About Loss."

This membership helps mothers, through Memory Making coaching, decide how to honor birthdays, holidays, or milestones in a way that doesn't overwhelm their nervous system.
