Service Description
The journey after stillbirth is often described as a thick, isolating fog. The world around you continues to move, while your world has completely stopped. You may feel misunderstood, overwhelmed by the physical and emotional aftermath, and profoundly alone. I want to start by simply saying: I see you. Your grief is valid, your pain is real, and your baby is so deeply loved. The 90-Day Virtual Support Circles were created to be a gentle landing place in the midst of that fog. This is not just a course; it is a sacred, trauma-informed community designed specifically for women navigating the complex landscape of stillbirth grief. The Power of “Me Too” Healing from profound loss rarely happens in isolation. The most powerful catalyst for healing is often found in the simple, profound realization that you are not alone. In our Virtual Support Circles, we gather in small, intimate groups of 2 to 15 women. Here, you will find a community that speaks the unspoken language of your heart. This is a space where you don’t have to explain why a certain date is hard, why the grocery store feels impossible, or why your arms physically ache. Here, the women sitting beside you (virtually) understand. We foster an environment built on safety, deep empathy, and mutual respect, allowing true friendships and trust to blossom. What We Navigate Together Over the course of 12 weeks, we will gently explore the specific, often unspoken, realities of stillbirth. Our weekly themes are designed to validate your experience and provide compassionate tools for navigating your new reality. Together, we will explore: • Talking About Your Loss: Finding your voice and the power of speaking your baby’s name. • The Silent Postpartum & Reclaiming Your Body: Navigating the physical recovery of birth without your baby, and moving from feelings of betrayal to self-compassion. • Navigating the Nursery Room Door: Gently addressing the trauma of the empty space and the items left behind. • The “Heavy” Emotions: Creating a safe container to process anger, envy, and the persistent “Why me?” questions without judgment. • Partnering Through Loss: Understanding how grief impacts intimacy and communication with your partner. • Rituals of Remembrance: Discovering meaningful, personal ways to honor and keep your baby’s memory alive. Each 90-minute session is carefully structured to ensure you feel held and supported.
